I remember seeing commercials for CLERKS, MALLRATS, and CHASING AMY when they first came out, and really wanted to see them, but never got around to it. I also saw Kevin on MTV in 1996 promoting AMY. Then, in late 1997, I finally got around to seeing the movies. I went out and rented MALLRATS, then CLERKS and finally CHASING AMY. When the comics came out I read those, and found out about this webboard in early 1999. So I guess I've been a fan since late 1997, and a die hard fan since about mid-1998, when I started reading the comics. Wish I could've been an Askewer earlier, but I was 12 when CLERKS came out, so I doubt my mom would've let me see it.
