Jerry Reed reprises his role of Snowman from the first two movies, but he is forced through convoluted circumstances that escape me at the moment to disguise himself as the Bandit. It was all pretty poorly explained, as I recall, using a body double facing away from the camera and some old footage from the first two movies to show Snowman and the Bandit "talking" about the whole thing.
I like Jerry Reed and so I found it mildly amusing. It also has a really cheezy sequence where they drive through a nudist colony for some rather pointless t&a.
