I'm not sure what part of the world you live in, but in most "civilized" places it did in fact get released this past Wednesday the 13th. I read it, it's good. Better than #3, but weaker than #1 & 2.
If you haven't gotten it yet, try calling your local comic store again. Maybe it got delayed, or maybe it isn't coming at all. If it's the former you'll have it in a week or so; if it's the latter... well, time to figure out an alternate plan. The Stash will have it at some point soon.
