Description:
Wash dishes, pots, utensils, etc. using dish machine. Store serviceware after washing in appropriate locations.
Bus tables during lunch. Assist with stocking supplies for the kitchen and dining room.
Assist with preparation of some lunch items.
Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, the grill, and vents and basement storage area.
Perform miscellaneous kitchen/restaurant duties (e.g. replenishing of some lunch items).
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dishwasher in a professional kitchen preferred.
Previous prep experience strongly desired.
Service oriented and have good attention to detail.
Must be able to move up to 40 lbs.
