If by some chance people manage to swap their tickets with someone, make sure you give the new ticket holder your confirmation number, and if possible notify us via the hotline number (you can leave a message for this) about the name change to correspond with the confirmation number.
I want to be clear, this is not a call to have us help you swap your tickets, that would take too much time for us to coordinate. But I do want to make sure that things run smoothly at ticket pick-up time, so if you do manage to trade, please let us know.
