: So there I was in the "Offical Star Wars Chat Room" at starwars.com, amongst the fanatical and ascetical. I decided to go by the name of Donut just in case any other Askewers where lurking about there (kinda like when you go to K-Mart and hope no one you know is there to see you. But most likely that person is fearing the same thing, so mum is the word)After being bombarded by "Hi Donut!", Hey Donut","Sup Donut?" I eased my way into a discussion about weather Darth Sidious is Sentor Palpatine. Soon after that, weather Darth Maul can regenerate his body parts so he can come back as two Darth Mauls in Episode 2. A while later while talking to JediChewie about Neil Patrick Harris playing Anakin someone mentioned Lando. Being the witty and clever guy you all know me as here, I threw out a Chasing Amy quote, "Fuck Lando Calrissian . That Uncle Tom nigger!" I'll tell you, the shit hit the fan after that little excerpt. Was I wrong in quoting that certain part of a Kevin Smith film? I remember watching Chasing Amy in the theaters and that part got a big laugh. What happened? Was it insensitive of me to use the word nigger when there were people in the chat room that seemed to be hurt by it? Was it just the wrong kind of audience for that humor?
