Life is too short. What concerns me though, is that people ask so much of the man that they now choose to become Roger Ebert when it comes to reviewing a book like this in the first place. It's not intended to be a masterpiece, and if it was, then Kev could have easily put it on film. I thought the book was funny, but even if I didn't rest assured I would have liitle to say about it. As a fan of comics, I would be quick to voice concerns or problems with the DD storyline. However, I thought it to be genius, despite what Byrne or anyone else thinks, and therefor am quite content. Be happy that you bought a book that, given the stupidity of the industry, will be worth 5 times cover value in 2 years, simply because Kevin's name is on it.
