I am sad to say, but I live in the South. South Carolina to be exact. Anyways, I know that this isn't really a View Askew topic, but recently I saw the movie "Gummo." It was done by the same guy who did KIDS(although I didn't really care for KIDS) and I thought that it summed up much of what I have grown up around better than anything else. I mean, I have never seen a movie that addressed the issues that it did so straight forward as it did. If you have seen the movie than you know what I mean, if not, then you need to go rent the movie tonight. Its funny that movies like that don't ever come around here, and I am wondering wheather DOGMA will be shown around here. I have not seen one bit of advertising for it. I mean I know that Augusta, GA(where we go see movies) is not exactly the major booming metropolis of the country, but I hate the fact that I can't see things that I believe will be good just for the fact of where I live. Oh well, I am rambling at this point.
