Ok, so I have gotten several different answers from several different sources....everyone tells me either a) the book was never manufactured or offered for sale or b) they were put up for sale at the stash and are long gone.
I have no idea why I'm spending time trying to answer a question for this annoying boy.....oh yeah, I have nothing to do until November 12th.
