I owe you and View Askew alot. First the VA board was the only reason I got out of bed for a few weeks this summer. Then when I finally went willingly to the hospital, my husband and friends came to visit me with the Jay and Silent Bob action figures to 'keep me company'. But, even more significant, I've taken Jason Lee as my role model and as reason I am taking an acting class (Nancy Mosser's class- you do remember that name don't you). So far I've done pretty good, and if Lee can break into acting without training, there is no reason I can't try.
Anyway, I thought my skills in the pastry arts would be sufficient, I make gormet cakes for coffee shops around the Pgh area. Yes, I remember your diet. I can bake a low fat version of my sun dried cherry cheesecake, or you can pick from Tirimisu, raspberry chocolate mousse tort or the two pounds of chocolate black and white cake. Why not e-mail me?
