Things I learned on my trip to Red Bank...

1. The NJ Transit train for Red Bank does NOT connect to NY Port Authority. But there is a bus that does and it takes less time than the train.

2. The library in Red Bank is cute, has a nice view of the water, is open late on Mondays, and has an overjealous adherence to their rule about not letting outsiders use the internet.

3. The bank is not red.

4. "Aoninot Bedarnsa" can be rearranged to spell Antonio Banderas.

5. Vincent is really a very nice guy in person.

6. Going on vacations alone sucks, especially when you are shy.

7. Speaking of being shy, Gramps is a very quiet guy in person. (But he did a damn good job in Dogma!)

8. Apparently Corey Feldman is a Kevin Smith fan. He showed up for the screening and was sitting in the front row of the second theater.

9. The taxi drivers in Red Bank actually respect the laws! They stop at yellow lights, use their turn signals, and actualy go the speed limit, even in school zones!

10 And the most important thing I learned on my trip to Red Bank: Dogma is a cool movie.

who thinks she might be going crazy, but swears she heard someone calling her name at 2 am in the Red Roof Inn parking lot.
