in his intro at the screening, he explained the whole deal... now i know someone typed up his whole speech on their page.. but i forget who and where.. but anyway:
kevin said that diabetes runs in his family, and about 4 months ago he lost a very close aunt to the disease. he also lost another relative, an uncle i believe, a few years back.
so it's a charity very close to his heart.

i kno that wasn't the best explanation... but i figgered some info is better than none :)

: I was just wondering why you are doing so much charity for Diabetes? I am a diabetic, and have been for about eight years now. I take three shots a day, and so on. The reason I ask is because Diabetes is a often over looked disease for celebrities to raise money for.

: I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Kevin, for any money you bring to Diabetes Research. The ADA is a wonderful establishment. Thank you very much. God bless you, Kevin.

: P.S. This is a REPOST and I'm sorry if it's getting annoying to any of you guys, but I really, really want to know.
