Why not do something while Kevin, Jay, Brian, Jeff etc are out here working on the Clerks Animated series? I'm thinking it can't be too hard to get a theater in the Santa Monica area for a day. Kevin et al show up and talk before the films; more to follow in one of the local comic shops, especially if Kevin has a bud or a contact in one of them. Do it as a one-day benefit like the Dogma thing; or longer (or for-profit) depending on what Kevin wants.
BTW if we're really interested in doing this we should talk among ourselves, get a plan, and contact Kim. I'll note that I'm an MBA and work in finance, so I could handle financial details. Shall we get a discussion going including who could do what?
