Granted there are Askew-ers all over the world.. It's probably alot easier for him to pull something liek this off where he is known, where he already has a orking relationship with the people he will need to help out, and he already has his staff, able to make last second decisions without having to worry about not knowing who they are dealing with or time-zone changes..
