A west coast version becomes... so cumbersome that it'd have to become really really expensive and wearying.

Plus... I mean... what the hell does the West Coast have to do with Kev's films? Would it even make thematic sense?

But, I mean, as long as this stuff keeps happening during the semester, I couldn't make these shindigs if they happened in Rochester... let alone Red Bank or Los Angeles... so perhaps my opinion isn't so very valuable.
