... was that because "most people" wouldn't be seeing it or rather "seeing" it, but some would be talking about it anyway, this justifies everyone to randomly assess the message at their own discretion.
Mind you, I couldn't make that make sense in my own mind, but it certainly seemed to be this seemed to be the argument.
