Kevin or Silent Bob,
Hey what's up? Have you perfected your Jedi mind tricks yet? Well I have a question, it involves my hometown of Pittsburgh. I was wondering why Pittsburgh was the setting, but not involved in the movie. I totally understand if that is just the way you wrote the story, I am also a writer, and you are one of the best so you never have to explain indepth. But Pittsburgh is a hard working "Irish City", with winning sports teams and think about it an "Irish City". Can you imagine and Irish City w/o a catholic church, and that is probably one of the reasons that you picked that city for the shoot. I know that some of your work was filmed in Sewickly, a suburb of Pittsburgh, and that Pittsburgh probably had a variety of different types of scenery for you to use. Actually you guys made the front cover of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for Dogma during the Easter weekend of 1998. My question is simple, just why was Pittsburgh used as another place and not really mentioned in the film. Thank you....
