: The magazine in question is called "Vulgarities," and will be printed by Oni Press. Paul Smith (known here on the boards as Paulapalooza)is the guy in charge, and I think he was hoping for a first issue release somewhere around the end of this year, beginning of next.
Yes, the title is "Vulgarities." Oni Press remains on board as distributor. We've had to push back our initial expectations of a late '99 release and we're now shooting for a late winter/early spring release in 2000. Expect wrap-up coverage of "Dogma," material on the new animated series, and other fun surprises. We'll be soliciting through comic shops, so anyplace that carries Kevin's comics should have access to the magazine, whenever we can get it out. We'll certainly spread the word on the board so everyone can go pester their retailers to order it.
Production IS underway, and speaking only for myself, I don't mind delaying the thing until we can be sure we're delivering the best product we can to the market. If everything we have planned comes to pass, it will be more than worth the wait.
Finally, I am not the ultra-talented artist Paul "Leave it to Chance" Smith. The surname is Lewis, and I'm but a humble Southern cracker editor boy.
