I don't think it was a real sneeze. I watched the movie twice and I noticed the second time that when he sneezed he carefully looked around and shook his head. He's an angel. He and Bartleby could spot commendment breakers 10 miles away (or something like that according to Loki) He already knew that the one chick was an innocent, but he was still eager to off the whole board, so I think he decided on the sneeze just to have a meager excuse for killing her. (Even tho Bartleby stopped THAT right in its tracks...)
