I read Tony's article in the November 16 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. I also work at the Post-Gazette. I have worked with Tony for almost 10 years. I was here when he worked as a music critic and did reviews for various artists and concerts. He basically trashed Dogma in his column. I personally did not see "Dogma" but I am looking forward to seeing it soon. If it means anything to anyone at all.....do not, I repeat DO NOT listen to anything Tony Norman has to say. He is very closed-minded and is very opinionated. What a combination! Every time I read his column I feel as though I need a dictionary to understand what the hell he's talking about. I think that he just keeps a pocket thesaurus around just to make a "new" word. He trashed Kevin Smith...unjustifiably and commented that all he wanted back was his time spent watching the movie, not the money. What a joke. I don't know if this would reach Kevin Smith, but if it does...not that you will lose any sleep over someone like this...but I felt compelled to voice my opinion regarding the rantings of an obviously misguided person. If you would like to see this article, I believe you can see it on our website at post-gazette.com. The columnists name is Tony Norman. Trust me, you will see what I am talking about when you read it.
P.S. Being a native Pittsburgher, I apologize for the rude treatment Tony bestowed on Kevin Smith, especially when they decided to film this movie in Pittsburgh. I hope it doesn't tarnish any future considerations to Pittsburgh as a film location.

Thank you for letting me bitch,

Karen Volkman
Post-Gazette employee
