I purchased it at a comics shop called "They Walk Among Us", in Richmond, Surrey, England, where, presumably, it had been imported direct from the Stash.
It is a very nice comics shop too, run by very nice people, but I'm assuming you were looking for an address in the US of A. Sorry!
