Here's a report from IMDB...

Lions Gate Loses A Clash Of Angels

Lions Gate Films has quickly withdrawn ads for the movie Dogma (1999) after CBS complained that the film company was exploiting its high-rated family series Touched By an Angel. The ads in question were headlined "Get Touched by an Angel." In a letter to Lions Gate dated Nov. 12, CBS said that it had received calls from people asking whether there was any connection between "our family-oriented television series and your irreverent movie that apparently belittles every religious tenet embraced by our show." CBS demanded that Lions Gate halt its ad campaign. In an interview with the Associated Press, Mark Urman, co-president of the Canadian-based film company said, "We've instantly changed our ads. ... Sometimes capitulation is the most sensible thing to do."
