Vulgar, starring Brian O'Halloran has not been released yet. Last I read on NewsAskew, they are pushing for a theatrical release or DVD release next year. The film revolves around Vulgar the Clown, (see, I think the clown is Vulgar) and I believe if you have seen clerks, the little clown animation in the beginning, thats vulgar, hell he is the View Askew Mascotr in a sense, (that and Walt Flannigans dog). I don't know too much else about that.
:and the second is "Drawing Flies" (which I've found has a credit of Kevin as Silent Bob in it). Does anyone know availability/if they were ever released/where I could find one to check out sometime?
Drawing flies was show at the Vulgarathon two years ago. It was made by two guys from Canada, and if you saw the blair witch project in the theater, the way the screen is cropped, it was the same format. It was black and white and had a shitload of VA players. Jay, Jason Lee, I believe Carmen, Jason's wife, was also in it. Others too. It has something to do with a tribe of Bigfoot's, or Big foot worshipers. I remember men in diapers. It was an okay flick. However, last news I heard on that was that it is pretty much dead. They are not pushing for any kind of release whatsoever. I mean, the flick is cool. When Jason Lee is Super Famous, (as if he isn't already) I mean like Shwartzenagger(sp), Willis, Stallone famous and they do one of those, Before they were stars shows, You will find Jason Lee sitting in the woods waiting for Bigfoot. I can see it now.
Anyway, like I said, don't take that all as fact. It's just what I remember. I am anxiously awaiting to see Vulgar. I have been hearing about it since Vulgarathon.
