Did anyone else see the episode of "Roger Ebert and the Movies" with that awful reviewer from some Boston TV station? It was so embarrassing to watch her debate "Dogma" with Ebert - it was like watching a sparring partner who thinks he's really giving the champ hell, while the champ isn't even trying. Ebert toyed with her for the whole show, and when he was about to get to the "Tune in next week when we will review..." section, she blurted out, "I've got two words for Dogma: Bow Wow." Ebert dispatched her with something that was both funny and spontaneous, but it was just so embarassing, because you KNOW she thought that up, and was so proud of it that she was just waiting for the right time to use it, and by God she was going to get it out even if had nothing to do with what was going on at that point in the program. If her goal as a critic is to be the next Joel Siegel, I'd say she's got a chance. But why would Roger Ebert share the show with her? Would Kevin or Scott ever consider going on that show as the guest critic for the week? That would be great!
