I finally saw Dogma yesterday. It was even better than I had anticipated. I took my mother with me to see it, and I must admit that I fully expected her to hate it. However, she loved it...wants to see it again! She praised it for being a "modern day bible story that Generation X-ers (I still hate that term) will relate to and learn from". She said she was worried that people weren't going to understand and appreciate the film for what it was. This woman doesn't like and is usually offended by any movie I take her too so please consider this a huge compliment. :)

The crowd wasn't overwhelming, however, it was a 4:00pm showing on the day of the OSU v. UM game (big around here). Those that were in attendance seemed to love it. Lots of laughs throughout and clapping at the end...something I have only seen once before at that theater (after Titanic).

Well, just wanted to put my two cents in. I have been a long time "lurker" of the board and fan of your work and just wanted to say thanks for another great flick.
