I'm not much for playing the fanboy for a movie ( or for anything for that matter). I just though that Dogma was the best movie I've seen in the longest time. It had a warmth and sincerity that I admired. Oh yeah and dick jokes.

A friend and I went to see this movie at a small movie theater house in Brookline, Mass. Matt Damon and Ben Afflick should know this place, Cooledge Corner. This place also had "Princess Mononoke" playing (Another good movie) in the other theater. Good combination. Anyway, everyone in that theater had a great time. People were just floored by every character, at least everyone I was around was.

I though this movie was very smart and intellegent for a original topic. Being a raised catholic, it made me think about my beliefs again. Of course watching Salma Hayek strip dancing gave me a very warm feeling inside. Any movie with George Carlin and Chris Rock has my vote. If any one has heard Carlin's stand-up on religion will know how ironic it was to see him play the Cardinal.

Well anyway... I really enjoyed this film. Kevin, You are the man. Best wishes for you and View Askew buddies.

By the way, that version of Mallrats DVD really kicked ass. You know the funny thing is I never knew Mallrats bombed. Really!!
