Seeing as how the Weinsteins sold Dogma to Lion's Gate, and Dogma has already become the highest grossing pic for Lion's Gate, I think they'll be willing to accomodate Miramax and Kevin if they want to include Bethany. I don't think legalities will be an issue - it will probably be a matter of what Kevin wants, and what Linda wants.
