Well, the obvious and the intended meaning is that the guy was molesting his own son. I mean, it was supposed to be so bad that Bartleby couldn't even bring himself to say it aloud. And Loki follows it with something to the extent of "That's your own son, you sick fuck!" (see I'm careful to always say "something like" or "to the extent of" before quoting something...I've seen some hostility form from misquotes:P). So it's definitely IMPLIED that the guy was doing what we're both thinking.
Then again he could have been allowing his son to watch Barney or Tellytubbies (or however you say it). I think that would call for the wrath of God too.
