Because at times, primarily in the climax, they seemed to possess supernaturally-enhanced abilities (i.e. snappin' necks with one hand), yet on the train, Bob was able to toss them out the door like they were gum wrappers. And then at the end, they were throwing *him* around like he was a tennis ball. Why did they seem stronger at times and then of average strength at others? Did their rage fuel them?
