I've included the actual bit from the News Askew page, and it doesn't say anything definitive one way or the other. The key phrase is "we're guessing." While Brad and Chris are the shit as far as being informed, and keeping US informed, they were merely giving us their best guess. Until we hear from the Man himself, or an official report, I'm going to keep hoping that the movie is in B&W. While it may not have been an artistic decision then, I believe there might just be enough fan support to help persuade Kevin one way or the other.

Will Clerks 2 be in Black & White? We're guessing no. Kevin has stated that the decision to go B&W with Clerks wasn't artistic, but rather a budget constraint. With that behind him, we're fairly sure that most, if not all of Clerks 2, will be in color.
