WOW! That must be really cool. I read in a Calvin and Hobbes collection about how all the other comic writers like Lynn Johnson and others call him Sparky. That is so cool. Your grandfather is probably the most influential artist-writer in the last century here in America. But you probably already know that. Anyway, I hope he gets better soon. I am glad he liked that part of Chasing Amy, though I really don't remember it myself, I'll have to re-watch it. Tell him hi from a fan and that his work still makes a difference. I read Peanuts everyday and have never missed "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown", and I'm 23. Sincerely, Mr.Combat.
: I'm 18, and a big fan. Anyway, my cousin and I are making a film and we hope for it to be showed localy in Santa Rosa, Ca. We hope it will make it to the Sundance film festival some time. No I don't want you to be in the movie or to do it, but I was wondering if you like the script so far. It's not long, and I have just started on puting it together. Just wondered what you thought about it.
: I showed my Grandfather Chasing Amy, the part where Holden tells him at the train station that he would hire Charles Schulz. My Grandpa, Charles or as we call him Sparky, liked it a lot. I tried to cheer him up because he is in the Hospital, but he is getting better.
: Thanks, Bryan Schulz
