banished to Wisconsin??

I saw Dogma, Loved Dogma, went with my mom who REALLY loved Dogma. My mom never heard of Kevin, and when I told her he's the one who's not talking she asked about 5 more times, you mean HIM? yup. So he's got a 57 year old grade school teacher fan now, who will probably tell all her Saturday night potluck friends about Dogma.

About my post -why is Wisconsin the place to be banished from heaven? Is it an arbitrary choice, an inside joke? I should say here that I live in Wisconsin. I don't take offense or anything, but it does make me extra curious. If anyone has an opinion or a definitive answer I would love to hear it.
