Actually the Exterior of the Dirt Mall was shot in New Brunswick New Jersey on Route 1, (about a 30-40 minute drive from redbank) where a Sony/Lowes Megaplex now stands. Not in Redbank. I miss that damn mall, the one on rt. 18 sucks!!!!
