Unless they own a copy of the song already.. it is illegal for them to opbtain a copy of the mp3 for more than 24 hours.. This is why Anglefire (can you pick a slower server??) will pull it..

This is kinda a sore subject due to the fact that I have found illegal copies of some of MY bands songs flowating around on local servers and we have had the ISP's remove the files.

It would be the same if you posted "HEY EVERYONE!!! Come download a free copy of ABP, or Drawing Files, or Dogma" on this site..
