No. There is nothing in the law to suggest that a meritiorious cause of action will lie from your conduct as stated.

And if you're broke or close to it, there's no incentive for anyone to sue you anyway (assuming you don't have an insurance policy covering the type of conduct you're engaging in), hence the term "judgment proof".
