Frank's edited a lot of low-to-mid budget flicks, I believe.

The only two that come to my mind, at this second, are TromeoAndJuliet and... that film with the guy who thinks he's from the twenties with Dwight Ewell and Anthony Rapp.

I gotta fall on Malcolm's side with this one, though. Directing a feature length is not the only criteria for being a filmmaker in my book, either. There are a lot of film students and 16 yr olds running around with vidcams who I consider filmmakers... and a lot of very successful directors who I don't consider as such.

saw DF, legitimately. oddly paced in parts but fun.
