I think it's safe to say that Azrael is toasting on a spit in the hot place. As to Bartleby, I'd like to think God forgave him. Whether that means going to Heaven or maybe spending some time in Limbo I can't really say for certain. I think Kevin left it up in the air so we could fill it in with what we believe.
