Ben posted about the short over on his board. One of the things he said was that it was his ex-girlfriend who worked on it with him at the time that 'owns' the film (for various reasons), and that he has nothing to do with it anymore besides the fact it was something he "experimented" with in what should have been his sophmore year of college.
