You need to remember that the Mid-West is a very large portion of the country. Up in Wisconsin, Milwaukee to be specific, Dogma has been showing since the it's opening day. At my closest theatre, it will be closing tonight (and I will be there to see it one last time (for a total of 6 1/4 times (the film broke during one showing))). I have not checked the other theatres in the county.
