I just saw a commercial for tonight's local news and one of the top stories announced was "Will Ben Affleck be the new Batman? Only if girlfriend Gwyneth gets to be Catwoman!" (this was accompanied with Dogma footage of Ben, by the by). Forget the fact that the story is not even true....how the hell is Ben Affleck playing Batman in a film that is still a couple of years down the road one of the day's top news stories?! Journalism truly is dead.
