Im not sure if this was his first film or not...but as I watched mallrats agagain..it struck me how he shouted out some of his lines...especially during the game show scenes. This tendency disappeared in Chasing Amy and Dogma, and he was outstanding as Azriel. I didnt see him in his non K, Smith movie role, although the preview clips made me laugh. Kudos to the director
