I was under the impression their place was fucking HUGE. It's described in the script as the "loft", so maybe you just never saw the bedrooms.
As far as the Bluntman and Chronic question I suggest you go out and see a movie, or take a walk in the park or something.
And as far as Kevin being in the comic-con scene...well, it's such a RARITY for comic books fans to be overweight and out of shape...yeah...it is...of course it is. I guess that makes me and most of my friends rarities.
