As in where to have sex on Rene's body, and not where in time and space they would be. And when TS and Gwen ask him Brodie does say that Hamilton told him of his plans to fuck his girlfriend in the most notorious of human orafaces (or maybe he said body cavities) again suggesting a very uncomfortable place to be loved as it were... And the video with Tricia with Affleck railing her from behind, most likely in the rump... all these suggest his penchant for taking girls anally. The back of a volkswagon was just a running gag. The actual place he was speaking of (in my humble opinion) would be the right in the ass.
