hello to all,

on the subject of making a Mallrats sequel i'm all for it!! i love'd Mallrats, in fact it is the movie that got me hooked on your(kevin's) movies. i was in the 8th grade and all my friends were talking about was that "kid caught on the escalator(sp)". so won day i begged one of them to let me borrow his copy of it. so we sat down, and watched and i couldn't stop rolling. so if you got some ideas, and you want to do the flick i'm all for it.....

but if it is to be the last of the viewaskew i beg you to take it out with a bang. and i can't think of better way(at least at present, plus i'm a little uncreative when it comes to movie ideas) than to do a mallrats sequel. or even focus a little more on the back history of Jay and Silent bob??

but i also loved Chasing Amy which had very, very little Jay and Silent Bob in it(except for the monologe by Bob, which was awesome, and the whole bluntman and chronic). so having jay and silent bob/less movies scares me at first but, it kind of grew on me.

all i know is that i love ViewAskew productions, and i beg you to keep on making them. i have yet to see Dogma(since the U.S. government finds it dangerous for me a 16 year old male to see rated R movies), but i plan on buying it the day it comes out.

whatever you decide to do, you know i'll go see it(because i'll be 17 by then), and i'll buy it.

keep the good work.
fatmatt

p.s. thanks for doing the commetary on the mallrats DVD it shed a lot of light on that movie for me. and i anxiously await my copy of Clerks DVD coming in the mail.
