Um, wow. I am all for Mr. Smith doing new films, having new ideas, and new characters. Just please don't kill off Jay and Silent Bob completely. Every two or three films, have at least one reference to the movies that made you king. Just so that when you are even more famous than you are now and people who never saw your first movies can feel left out when the rest of us laugh or cheer in the theater when a character mentions something smelling like shoepolish. But if you're making a second Mallrats, is it gonna be in Eden Prairie again? Cuz then I gotta take that day off of work and drive the hour down there. As long as the second 'Rats isn't a complete rip off of the first and it has original elements, I am all for it.
