A suggestion on the "Mallrats 2" topic. I've read what you posted and feel saddened to wave goodbye to our good friends in the
Askewniverse. But of course i can empathize with you about moving away. We all need variety. But i digress. I feel that
"Mallrats 2" would be a sort of risky move. And i have come up with an alternative: A "Jersey Trilogy" theater rerelease, sort of
like "star wars". I have good reason. You say that you want to have a good farewell to our familiar characters, and what better
way than to bring them back to theaters. Sencondly, your films have obviusly gained quite a following on video and DVD and i
assure you, would bring in quite a bit of money. Also, none of the great tasks or expenses of shooting a new film would be
involved. Finally, not to degrade your skills, as i am a HUGE fan, there is a chance that "Mallrats 2" may not be considered as
good as the original. A rerelease would allieviate this risk. I hope that you take my suggestion into consideration, and you have my
fan support in all of your further projects. Good luck to you, and in the immortal words of Jay, "Dude, don't forget your helmet.
