I loved Mallrats, just as I loved all the askew films on different levels. As much as I would love to see a rats sequel I would not want it to be the final Askewniverse picture. The talk of the ultimate Jersey flick is much more appealing to me than a rats or the clerks sequels. But then again why not. The film is much more popular now after video release, and with a slight bit of marketing you could probably turn over a big profit by turning out whatever dribble you wanted(which I'm sure you wouldn't) I never want to see the askew films end I love the feel of them and every time I see another one or read a comic or whatever its like revisiting old friends. If its gunna end go out with a bang.
