Brodie left the Tonight Show. It's mentioned in Chasing Amy. Look closely my friend. You'll find something in the very beginning. That's part of the fun of watching Kev's flicks. Each time you can notice some new humorous, inside connection to other elements of the Askewniverse. Gotta love being a fanboy.

: 'Rats was a great film but to retread the same ground might not work so well. The idea doesn't click in the same way Clerks 2 does. However, Mallrats introduced Brodie, perhaps my fave Kevin Smith character. How about a film based on his life after Mallrats? He has his spot on the tonight show, he is young, rich & famous. I mean, come on... Brodie with fame and fortune?! There are possibilties there.
