It is generally OK to repost once a board, you have done it several times. Let me give you some information as a long term Boarder.
* Kevin is unlikely to respond to your post. Even if he was visiting the Board regularly, which he isn't doing now as he's busy with Clerks TCS, your post is too long. He isn't going to fill out a survey.
* The Board is generally for questions to Kevin and other View Askew staffers. Posts to other Boarders are, at best tolerated by Ben and Ming (Webmasters) and often deleted. It's not friendly to keep reposting questions for other Boarders. That's best done on the Otherboard, linked at top.
* In general, your survey is too long even for Boarders. Try 5-6 questions that can be answered in a fast followup. BTW if you do this, ask people to follow up by email.
