The Clerks jersey was given to video stores at the time of the video release. I remember trying to bribe one of the clerks (no pun intended) to get it at the time, but he wouldn't give it up. They are basically the San Jose Sharks colors with the logo for Clerks across the front.
I finally got one last year off Ebay. Cost me about $60. Keep an eye out there.
